Independent educational product

AmooPrep is an independent educational study tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any university, school, testing provider, certification provider, or proctoring company unless a future page expressly states otherwise.

Purpose

AmooPrep is intended to help users prepare before assessments through practice questions, flashcards, mock exams, explanations, and progress tracking. Users are responsible for complying with the academic-integrity and testing rules that apply to their own courses and exams.

No grade guarantee

AmooPrep does not guarantee any particular grade, exam result, credential, or academic outcome.

Premium licenses

A Premium course license is for the purchaser's personal study use and may be activated only within the device/activation limits configured for that product. License keys may not be publicly posted, resold, redistributed, or shared outside permitted use.

Payments

Premium purchases are processed and fulfilled through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Google is not a party to Premium transactions made through Lemon Squeezy.

Content and intellectual property

AmooPrep's original application code, branding, original questions, explanations, study organization, and original visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names or historical facts remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass licensing controls, redistribute paid course content, interfere with the service, use AmooPrep to violate academic-integrity rules, or falsely represent AmooPrep as an official product of another organization.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product, payment system, and course catalog evolve. Material updates will be reflected by a revised date on this page.
